The Quantity Surveyor's Role

A close knit Quantity Surveying team that work across several, unique, and challenging historic palaces/buildings are seeking a passionate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work under a Director and Principal Quantity Surveyor where you will be carrying out and preparing variations, estimates, procurement, cost plans and reports.

This is truly a unique opportunity to work client side on large scale, prestigious projects whilst also receiving first hand, APC support.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• A passion for historic buildings
• 2+ years quantity surveying experience
• Able to commute to Surrey and/or London
