Quantity Surveyor

A close knit, family feel Quantity Surveying Consultancy, with a national presence are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Oxford team which covers local and London based projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based out of the Oxford office, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Partners in delivering an array of interesting and challenging heritage projects, as well as a mixture of public and private sector schemes.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will carry out pre and post cost management services and at times, assume the role of an Employers Agent.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• MRICS is a bonus.
• PQS/Cost Consultancy background
• Heritage sector experience is a huge plus
• Team player, local to Oxford
• Pre and post contract experience
