Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, career focused Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned National Developer in Maidenhead.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a FTSE 250 house builder with over 70 years of success in the industry, selling over 10,000 homes every year.

Working on award winning residential developments throughout the home counties with incredible support from the Senior Surveyor & Commercial Director.

Projects vary from smaller more bespoke projects, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom houses, apartment blocks. They boast a strong pipeline of projects and have no shortage of exciting developments kicking off over the next few months.

The role comes with great opportunity for development and progression long term.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a house builder / developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience in a similar role or looking to take a step up
• A HNC or construction related degree qualification
