Quantity Surveyor

On behalf of a thriving Manchester based Quantity Surveying consultancy, a determined Quantity Surveyor is now needed to work on large and complex projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be immediately given the opportunity to work alongside their own clients, supporting from project feasibility stage, right through to project completion.

The Quantity Surveyors projects will range from £30M new build schools and healthcare schemes, through to £7M refurbishment of commercial and leisure use buildings.

The Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveying Director would like to see;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3+ years post grad experience
• PQS/Consultancy background
• Evidence of APC diary progress
• MRICS if possible
• Pre & Post contract handling
• Background in traditional build projects (Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education)
