Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, independent Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned House Builder in St Albans.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established Developer with over 30 years success in the industry and who have set the standard for house building across the South East.

The Quantity Surveyor

This role would suit a motivated Quantity Surveyor capable of independently running projects. Someone keen to manage sites from inception to completion and make a real impact in a company.

Experience:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience working on projects from inception to completion
• Experience managing projects independently is beneficial

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £50,000 - £60,000
• Car allowance
