Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, confident Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned, highly successful Main Contractor at their Ipswich office.

This main contractor work across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, heritage and hotel. Carrying out refurbishment and new build works.

The Quantity Surveyor

The role would suit a hardworking, ambitious Quantity Surveyor with good communication and negotiation skills.

Experience:

• A relent degree qualification is beneficial
• A successful track record working on projects from inception to completion
• Experience working with a main contractor
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts and two stage tendering

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience however, they are looking to offer:
