Quantity Surveyor

A family run Residential Developer are seeking a commercially minded, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work within their close-knit team based in Surrey.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a company that have a fantastic reputation building beautiful, award-winning homes across Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire.

Working alongside the Commercial Director, the successful Quantity Surveyor will deliver and work across an array of residential new build, refurbishment, and extension projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

A unique opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on award-winning projects and the chance to have a real impact & make a difference within a smaller company. The directors are open to new ideas and are keen to increase the company's size and turnover.

• Residential project experience
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience working with a Developer or Main Contractor
• Degree qualified

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £40,000 - £50,000
• Car allowance
