Quantity Surveyor

A national consultancy with an established Quantity Surveying team in Berkshire are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is seeking an opportunity that offers progression towards a senior or management role in the future.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a quantity surveying team of 20 who work across a broad range of projects from heritage, new build residential, commercial, and education projects across London and the home counties.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall be supported by an Associate Director in the delivery of both pre contract and post contract services.

Once settled in the practice, the successful Quantity Surveyor will mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyor's and take on larger projects with their support.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or working towards
• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• A successful track record of delving pre and post contract roles
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Comfortable travelling in and around Berkshire
