Quantity Surveyor

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading Global Contractor in Hatfield.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving Refurbishment Division delivering over £40m worth of projects every year.

Specializing in social housing and decent homes projects reporting to Managing Surveyor & Director.

The Quantity Surveyor

If you're the type of person who loves to communicate and interact with a broad range of people and are keen to develop your skills and career long term with a well-established company, this could be the perfect opportunity!

Working on up to 3x exciting projects, closely alongside the finance, accounts, and estimating teams. The role comes with great opportunity for long term progression.

You will have:

• Experience working with a main contractor
• Experience working on social housing / decent homes projects
• Previous experience in a surveying role
• A construction related degree qualification is beneficial

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
