Quantity Surveyor

A professional and ambitious Quantity Surveyor, who is looking for support with their APC is now needed to support an established Cost Consultancy in Manchester.

Based in the South West of Manchester, the successful Quantity Surveyor will join a sociable, driven, and growing team of Quantity Surveyors.

The successful Quantity Surveyor should bring evidence of project exposure within Residential, Commercial, Healthcare or Education.

The Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 4 years of PQS experience, including;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Ambition for MRICS
• Pre & Post contract duties
• Residential, Commercial, Education or Health sector experience
• Client facing
• Ability in Cost plans, Measurements, Feasibility studies and final accounts
