Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join a small, family run Residential Developer in Surrey.

The Company

This company have a brilliant reputation building beautiful, award-winning homes across Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire.

As a two generation, family company with over 15 years' success in the industry, they enjoy the benefit of being a tight-knit team of highly professional and talented individuals.

They carry out a range of services including residential new build, refurbishment, and extensions. Projects vary from small extensions to 10,000 sqft 6-bedroom houses in Ascot.

With an impressive pipeline of exciting projects coming up, they are hoping to add a talented Quantity Surveyor who really wants to have an impact and make a difference on a smaller company. The directors are open to new ideas and are keen to increase the company's turnover and size.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a developer / house builder
• Experience working on projects from procurement to final accounts
• Experience working on residential projects
• The desire to be a part of building a smaller company's success and turnover

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £45,000 - £55,000
• Car allowance
• 23 days annual leave + bank holidays (negotiable)
