Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a switched on, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning national house builder at their growing Brentwood office.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have excellent progression opportunities into a more senior role as well as world class training and exposure on residential projects that range rom £30m+.

This Tier One Developer specialises in Residential and Mixed-use developments working on prestigious projects across Essex and London and with a strong pipeline of projects over the next few years.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Previous longevity in a house builder / developer
• A construction related degree qualification
• A successful track record working on projects from start to finish

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £45,000 - £55,000
• Car allowance
• Private healthcare
