Quantity Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary Cost Consultancy are looking to add a confident and talented Quantity Surveyor with residential or cladding project experience as they expand their Sevenoaks office.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a diverse team of surveyors from both Contractor and Consultancy backgrounds producing cost plans for high rise and re cladding projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Producing cost plans for recladding works
• Liaising with clients and design teams
• Client side valuations
• Tendering
• Reviewing and analysing main contractor tender submissions
• Value engineering

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Developer or Contractor
• Cladding or Residential experience
• Previous experience in a similar role or looking for a step up
• Cost planning experience

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £50,000 - £60,000
