Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented, confident Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving high-end Main Contractor in London.

The Company

For more than 20 years this company has been restoring London's most historic and prestigious buildings.

With an annual turnover of £10m and 18+ sites going at any one time, the company have a strong and exciting pipeline of projects including Parliament, Hotels, Churches, and Historical buildings from £500k - £10m.

They pride themselves on their diversity and have a friendly, close-knit team. The role comes with incredible opportunity for progression and is the perfect opportunity or a driven Quantity Surveyor eager to grow with a company long term.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a main contractor
• Experience working on refurbishment or restoration projects
• Experience in a similar role or from an engineering background
• A construction related qualification

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £45,000 - £55,000
