A forward thinking and progressive Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is seeking a Quantity Surveying Director to spearhead their Residential, Quantity Surveying division.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will come in at Director level, working in tangent with the Partners in expanding and building up the residential sector which already has foundations in place.

It is a substantial role, and the successful Quantity Surveyor must be prepared to develop new business, manage fees, income, turnover, as well as a team of Quantity Surveyors.

An extremely unique opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor Director looking to move towards Partner and quite frankly, a career defining role.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS qualified
• Experience of working with the residential sector
• Good business contacts
• Quantity Surveying background
• Superb mentoring and management experience
• Excellent communication skills
