A thriving and in demand construction consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy background to join their diverse and highly talented Quantity Surveying team in Leeds.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall be involved in a mixture of projects including a £75m+ mixed-use project where you will be responsible for both pre and post contract services.
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall also provide a comprehensive cost management role on residential, hotel, commercial and leisure projects, including day to day roles such as contract administration, liaising with contractors, clients, and design teams.
The Quantity Surveyor
- 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy
- Degree qualified
- Good pre and post contract experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Working towards MRICS
