Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, talented Quantity Surveyor to join a Main Contractor based in Potters Bar.

The Company

This Contractor boasts over 60 years success in the industry with over 240 employees and an annual turnover of £45m.

They have a number of specialist divisions which offer a wide range of services including refurbishments, Decent Homes work to social housing domestic & commercial properties and new build developments.

The Quantity Surveying Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly team independently managing residential and commercial projects circa £2m - £3m.

The company pride themselves in helping their employees reach their full potential and are very keen to help up and coming Quantity Surveyors in their promotion aspirations.

The role will initially include a £2.5m new build development in High Wycombe consisting of 9 town houses. They have a "no micromanagement" rule so this could be the perfect opportunity for a driven QS eager to run their own projects from start to finish.

The role will be split between working from home, from site, and in the office - it's completely down to your preference!

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will:

• Have experience working with a main contractor
• Be within a commutable distance to the site in High Wycombe
• Want to be in control of their own work and independently run manageable sized projects
• Have experience in a similar role or be looking for a step up
