Quantity Surveyor

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a small boutique Developer in Sevenoaks.

With over two decades success in the industry, this developer works on a range of projects from bespoke residential developments to large scale schemes. Undertaking residential & commercial new build developments in Kent and the surrounding areas.

As a smaller Developer, they can offer a real hands-on approach, working closely alongside the Directors and clients and having a real impact on both projects and the growth of the company.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be capable of running up to 3 live projects. Initially, the company have 3x bespoke developments around 9-units that need a strong QS. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to have control over their own projects and work within a small, close kit team.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• The ability to run 9-unit projects independently
• Experience working with a Developer / House Builder
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience working on projects from procurement to final accounts

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £45,000 - £55,000
• 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
