Quantity Surveyor

An award winning, exceptionally busy construction consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy background to join their diverse and highly talented Quantity Surveying team in West London.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall be involved in a mixture of projects including a £50m+ hotel project where you will be responsible for both pre and post contract services.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall also provide a comprehensive cost management role on retail, residential, commercial projects, including day to day roles such as contract administration, liaising with contractors, clients, and design teams.

The Quantity Surveyor

• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy
• Degree qualified
• Good pre and post contract experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Working towards MRICS
