Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join a National Property Developer in Manchester.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a family run, close knit team of five Surveyors from Senior level to Trainee QS with an exciting pipeline of projects kicking off over the next few months.

The company specialises in the High-End Market, working on award-winning, top quality projects. Projects range from high-end listed building refurbishments to residential new builds.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join the company as they are at an important turning point, taking on more and more prestigious projects, increasing their turnover, and adding to the team.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
• Experience working on projects from start to finish
• Experience working on Refurbishment and/or New Builds

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £35,000 - £45,000
