Quantity Surveyor

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join a medium sized Main Contractor in Brentwood.

The Company

Historically, this Contractor has provided Mechanical & Electrical services to Tier One companies in London and Essex.

However, over the last few years they have successful established themselves as a Specialist Residential Main Contractor carrying out their own new build developments from start to finish on projects from 100-units to 1000-units.

With 5x exciting Residential developments in the pipeline and more in the works, they anticipate to more than double their current turnover to over £100m in the next two years.

Therefore, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join at an exciting time and both grow with a business and have a real impact on the company's growth.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working on Residential projects
• Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
• Previous experience in a similar role

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £40,000 - £50,000
