Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Quantity Surveyor, with Residential experience, to join a Top Tier Developer at their thriving Northampton office.

Joining a well-established, close knit team the successful Quantity Surveyor will work closely alongside the Senior Surveyor and Director with great opportunity for training, support and further development.

They have a strong pipeline of projects set for the coming years and have 3x new projects kicking off on site over the next few months from 50-units to 250-units.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a developer / house builder
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience working on projects from start to finish
• Previous experience in a similar role

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £45,000 - £55,000
