The Partners of an ambitious and growing Quantity Surveying consultancy, are now seeking a confident and forward-thinking Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Nottingham.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a practice who operate across the UK, working alongside key clients in the High End Residential, Mixed-Use and Commercial sectors. Their Quantity Surveyors provide pre & post contract services on projects with values of up to £50M.

The Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 2 years pre contract Quantity Surveying work experience, including;

  • BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • Eagerness to complete APC
  • An understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
  • Client facing
  • PQS experience
  • Eagerness to build relationships

The Company

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Cost Consultancy who have a set their sights on doubling their team across the next 12 months. The Quantity Surveying Director comes from a strong background of working with high profile clients and has developed relationships which now enables the new Quantity Surveyors to commence work on.

With an emphasis on Quantity Surveyor development, the consultancy provide instant support with APC and continuous development for their more senior individuals.

This dedicated Quantity Surveying practice provide a strong and professional service, from their diverse and focussed office in Manchester.
