The Project Support Administrator Role

As a Project Support Administrator, you'll be an integral part of a close-knit team, providing essential support to surveyors and contract managers. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative duties, from managing office reception and maintaining documentation to coordinating meetings and assisting with project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage reception calls and greet visitors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and arrange Teams sessions.
  • Support HR with staff monitoring and diary management.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute key documents, including tenders and contracts.
  • Monitor project documentation for timely completion and accuracy.
  • Record meeting minutes and assist with system implementation.
  • Organize and manage document libraries and supplier insurance records.
  • Coordinate site visits and keep accurate logs of IT equipment and staff training.

The Project Support Administrator

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within a project-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
