Project Quantity Surveyor

A client-oriented Project and Cost Management consultancy is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be part of a close-knit team of 15 in Birmingham, where a strong business culture encourages cooperation and support. This dynamic atmosphere seeks self-starters who are ready to learn, contribute, and grow with the organization. With a commitment to investing in their employees, the organisation looks out individuals who are similarly committed to giving back and generating mutual success.

You will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, spanning sectors such as Industrial, Residential, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Leisure, and Retail. Project sizes typically range from £5m to £30m, with some larger hotel and residential schemes reaching £100m - £200m.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on challenging work within a high-achieving firm, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering projects while mentoring junior team members and advancing your career to Senior Quantity Surveyor and Associate Director beyond this!

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS ideally, but not essential.
• Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring young professionals, especially in APC and career development.
• Diverse sector experience is highly desirable
• Capable of managing projects from £5m to £30m
• Valid UK driving license
