An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving Construction & Property Consultancy based in Birmingham.

With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects, this medium-sized consultancy is continuing its rapid expansion and is looking for a talented individual to be part of their dynamic team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll be joining at a pivotal moment of growth, playing a crucial role in delivering an impressive portfolio of projects. These range across Hospitality, High-End Retail, Leisure, Residential, and Commercial sectors, providing a varied and stimulating workload.

You'll lead projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients and taking full ownership of the project delivery process. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and oversee junior surveyors, helping to shape the future of the team, all while working under the supportive guidance of the Director.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to take their career to the next level with a clear progression path to Senior Quantity Surveyor and ultimately Associate Director.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or committed to achieving
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
