The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of sectors, including Commercial Offices, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Hotels & Leisure, High-End Residential, Student Accommodation, and Retail. From the early stages of a project to its completion, the Project Quantity Surveyor will play a key role, working closely with a supportive and experienced Senior Management team.

This consultancy is committed to investing in its people, offering structured mentorship and assistance towards achieving the APC, with clear pathways for progression to Senior Quantity Surveyor and beyond. They pride themselves on creating an environment where motivated professionals can excel and fast-track their careers.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Pre & Post Contract experience
• Previous QS experience with a UK Consultancy
• Experience working on projects from inception to completion is beneficial
