Project Quantity Surveyor

A market-leading multidisciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy with five offices across the UK is seeking a talented and ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Head Office in Manchester.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As the new Project Quantity Surveyor, you will join a Gold Investors in People accredited consultancy-a testament to their commitment to fostering a healthy, supportive environment that promotes both personal and professional development.

You will work across a diverse range of projects in sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Government, Health, Heritage, High-Rise, Parks & Leisure, ensuring no two days are the same. Working in a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to extend your responsibilities into Project Management and Employers Agent roles, should you wish.

This consultancy is well-known for its impressive internal APC programme, which offers 1-2-1 mentorship, mock interviews, and continuous guidance from RICS assessors within the team, ensuring excellent support for those working towards MRICS. If you're a Quantity Surveyor who feels ready to take on more responsibility or step up into management and senior positions, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous Quantity Surveying Experience with a UK Consultancy
• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Good pre & post contract experience
• A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion
• Valid UK Driving license
