A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven, passionate, and commercially minded Project Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading Refurbishment Contractor in Loughton.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, well-established Contractor with over 25 years' success in the industry.

The company have recently secured two exciting High-End Residential Refurbishment projects circa £5m which you will be responsible for.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
• Experience running projects from start to finish
• Experience working on refurbishment projects is ideal

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £55,000 - £65,000
