Project Quantity Surveyor

A highly prestigious Property Consultancy with a close knit Cost Management team in the City of London, are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor with fit out project/sector experience as they grow the team.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join an innovative and supportive quantity surveying team which is situated within a global property leader.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will predominantly work on a myriad of CAT A and CAT B fit out projects across the city, including a mix of small and large scale schemes.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will also be involved in the investor market, carrying out pre and post contract work on new build and low rise residential projects, plus exposure to project monitoring.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Quantity Surveying experience within a Consultancy / Private practice
• Fit out project experience
• Commercially minded
• Comfortable working in a close knit team
