Project Quantity Surveyor

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, independent Project Quantity Surveyor to join a medium sized super prime, high-end Main Contractor in Central London.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will manage high-end residential & commercial new build, refurbishment, and fit out projects in Central London from £1m - £10m.

The company is at an exciting time of growth, and this could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Project QS eager to prove themselves and take on a more managerial role - building a team and progressing to Commercial Manager in the future.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects
• Experience working on high-end projects is beneficial
• Experience working with a Main Contractor
• Experience managing projects independently to completion
