Project Quantity Surveyor

A high-end Main Contractor based in Belgravia are looking to add an energetic, hands-on Project Quantity Surveyor to their thriving team.

The Company

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a relatively young company which has continued to go from strength to strength.

Specializing in high-end projects from £300k - £7m across the Residential and Commercial sectors in locations in London such as Mayfair, Chelsea, Knightsbridge as well as areas in Surrey.

Working closely alongside the company's two Directors, independently running jobs from start to finish. The role comes with unfounded opportunity for progression and the opportunity to have a real impact on a smaller, up and coming company.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• The ability to independently manage projects
• Experience working on Residential projects
• The drive to help develop a small, up and coming company

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £55,000 - £65,000
• 20 days annual leave + bank holidays (+1 every year)
• Extra 5 days off at Christmas
• Company phone & laptop
• Strong progression to Senior role
• Pension
