Project Quantity Surveyor

A Cost Consultancy with an enviable pipeline of projects is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their award winning Quantity Surveying team in Central London.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a modern, medium size consultancy who are currently working across an array of mixed use, commercial, and office based projects across the city for a variety of prestigious clients.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will carry out a full cost consultancy / quantity surveying role from cost estimates through to final accounts and hand over.

You will also support the Assistant Quantity Surveyor's in their delivery of work.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
• MRICS or working towards accreditation
• Experience of quantity surveying within a consultancy environment
• Office, Commercial, Retail, or Mixed use sector exposure
• Excellent communication skills
