Project Quantity Surveyor

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a talented, independent Project Quantity Surveyor to join a high-end, bespoke construction company in Hertfordshire.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will manage 1-3 prestigious, luxury developments within a 10-mile radius from the office in Borehamwood.

A hybrid of bother Developer and Contractor, the company is divided into two divisions. Their developer arm and their bespoke arm.

They have recently built new offices which include a lovely outdoor space, bar, and chef. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, friendly, energetic company and work on amazing bespoke projects. The role comes with strong progression to Senior QS.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience independently running projects
• Experience working with a main contractor or developer
• Experience working on high-end residential projects

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £60,000 - £70,000
• Car allowance
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
