Project Quantity Surveyor

An award winning, multi disciplinary consultancy are investing heavily across London and are seeking a confident Project Quantity Surveyor to join their residential team.

The Project Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor's will quickly be involved in seeing out the final stages of a housing association scheme. From thereon, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work on a mixture of towers, private residential, and heritage projects from inception to completion.

• Tender reports
• Contract administration
• Cost planning & Cost reports
• Attending site and client meetings
• Variations
• Producing final accounts

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Hold a construction related degree, or finishing the apprenticeship route
• MRICS, or committed to achieving
• Previous Cost Consultancy / private practice experience
• Residential project experience would be a bonus
• Good pre and post contract experience
• Run small projects up to £10m
