Project Quantity Surveyor

A young and modern Cost Consultancy are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Central London.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be joining a consultancy that has continued to strengthen and win work and find themselves in a position of stability.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work under the Associates, taking responsibility for day to day, pre and post contract roles. You will also offer mentorship to the more junior Quantity Surveyors.

In respect of projects, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a £60m mixed use scheme in the West End, which includes 5 star hotels, luxury residential and retail. There is also a £15m commercial office development to get involved in.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Hold a RICS accredited degree
• Good pre & post contract knowledge
• Able to run projects with minimal supervision
• Hard-working
• Able to work independently
• Ideally MRICS
