Project Quantity Surveyor

An energetic, award-winning Main Contractor in Oxford is looking to add a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor role

This Contractor works across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, sports, leisure and commercial. They carry out Design & Build, New Build and Refurbishment work up to £30m.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have experience working on Design & Build projects and will have experience working on larger projects from £10m+

This role comes with significant opportunity for progression as the company's Senior QS is moving to a different arm of the business. This could, therefore, be the perfect opportunity for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to take the next step in their career to Senior QS.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a main contractor or developer
• Experience working on design & build projects
• Experience working on large projects circa £10m
• A relevant degree qualification is ideal
