Project Quantity Surveyor

A leading developer who have been established for 50+ years with a portfolio of New Build developments, refurbishments and repairs are looking for a project quantity surveyor to join their Central London based team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's role

The Project Quantity Surveyor will be expected to assist with the procurement of subcontractors, valuations and placement of contracts for projects involving refurbishment, roofing, brickwork repairs and more.

The Project Quantity Surveyor will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager of the Croydon office and will be provided plentiful opportunities for progression.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's role

• 18 months Quantity Surveying experience
• HNC/HND qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Experience in procurement essential
• Good contract knowledge essential
• Experience in refurbishments essential
• Experience in roofing or repairs preferrable
• Full valid UK driving license
• Willing to commute across Greater London
