Project Quantity Surveyor

A highly ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy are expanding their Bath office and require a Project Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy working across an array of sectors, hybrid working, and world class APC support.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join the consultancy's fast paced Bath office which continues to grow as a result of winning a large amount of work across an array of sectors.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Project Quantity Surveyor will report to a Partner, but will ultimately have the autonomy to run projects, pre and post contract, inception to completion, across Bristol, Bath, and South West.

Project wise, you will have the chance to work on private residential, office fit out, schools, and housing association schemes.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Quantity Surveying /Cost Consultancy experience (UK)
• Working towards MRICS, or already qualified
• Enjoys working across a variety of projects
• Pre and post contract experience
