Project Quantity Surveyor

A privately owned regional House Builder are looking to add an ambitious, commercially minded Project Quantity Surveyor to their London office.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a market-leading House Builder with a fantastic reputation bringing stunning homes to London and the South East.

Responsibilities include:

• Procurement
• Reviewing and presenting subcontractor recommendations to Senior QS
• Contract administration
• Resolving contractual disputes
• Day to day commercial management of allocated sites
• Management of junior staff

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Experience working with a House Builder / Developer
• A successful track record running projects to completion
• Experience working on residential high rise projects
• A Quantity Surveying degree qualification is beneficial but not crucial
