An extremely well established medium sized high-end residential developer in Surrey is seeking a Project Manager to help manage an increasing workload which now carries in to 2023.

They are looking for a Project Manager with experience of very high end, prime luxury one off residential homes.

A Brickwork / Stonework / Structural background is very beneficial.

The Company

Projects are focused on building one off prestigious homes in the high-end residential market within numerous prestigious parks in the Surrey area.

The company currently has an incredibly strong pipeline and believe strongly in investing in their team.

The Project Manager role

The Project Manager will be site and office based in Surrey and responsible for overseeing the shell, structural elements and stonework of 1 /2 /3 builds simultaneously.

Working hours are from 8am - 4:30pm and due to the workload being on the prestigious parks in Surrey you are unable to operate outside of these hours and not on bank holidays.

You will help to oversee a family of subcontractors that are very well versed in the product the company offers and therefore are competent at producing the quality expected.

The Project Manager will mainly be overseeing a 9000 SQFT house with Flemish bond brickwork and Struck pointing and other complex stonework that is to be completed to a meticulous standard.

You will also be overseeing other local builds in terms of the brickwork / stonework details.

The Person

The Project Manager will have a High End Residential background

You will have -

• Experience in high end residential construction
• Understanding of the high-end build process
• Good programming ability
• A keen eye for detail and high-quality finishes
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Excellent communication skills
