An established main contractor is looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Manager for Luxury Interior Fit Out projects in London.

The successful Project Manager will be joining a dynamic and progressive luxury interior fit-out company with a reputation for excellence within a variety of sectors including luxury hotels, high end retail, commercial and more.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry this company provides luxury turn-key solutions for leadining businesses across the UK.

The Project Manager Role

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to client satisfaction.

• Develop and manage project plans
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Ensure that all work is carried out to the client's specifications
• Liaise with Site Managers, subcontractors and clients
• Monitor the financial performance of the project
• Proactively develop relationships with clients
• Ensure that a high standard of health and safety

The Project Manager - Requirements

• Luxury Fit Out Project management experience
• Experience managing projects up to £15M
• Ability to build successful customer relationships
• Construction experience
• Commercial awareness
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid
• Excellent literacy and IT skills
• Great leadership, organisational and communication skills
