Project Manager High End / Prime Residential

A growing Prime Construction / Refurbishment company is looking to add a skilled Project Manager to their close-knit team.

The Project Manager will be overseeing an intricate refurbishment project over 4 floors near Knightsbridge.

The successful Project Manager will join a team specialising who specialise in Prime Refurbishment throughout London's most affluent areas.

The company

The company is currently experiencing a sustainable level of growth and is therefore looking for a Project Manager join their team.

Their current workload extends in to 2024 and with a large amount of tenders out and a number of those they expect to be successful on it's a great time to be joining,

The company are of a medium size with over 35 full time employees and equally well balanced both in terms of office / back end team and boots on the ground teams.

The Project Manager's Role

The successful Project Manager will be based in the office in central London and will be responsible for two refurbishment sites near Knightsbridge.

You will be responsible for day to day running of the site and will have direct reports of two Site managers from two different projects. Both projects are ultra prime residential refurbishments. One of which is a 10,000 sqft+ over 4 floors refurbishment and the other is a 7500sqft refurbishment with some incredible finishes planned.

The programmes are tight on both projects so will require an organised and dedicated Project Manager to ensure they are delivered on time and budget.

You will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

The Project Manager - Requirements

• High end / Prime residential experience
• Exposure to Ultra Prime levels of finish
• Programming - MS Projects or ASTA
• Ability to make commercially sensible decisions without guidance
