A well-established, small residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking Project Manager to their close knit team.

The successful Projects Manager will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, the home counties and London.

The company has a good pipeline of works and are offering a permanent, stable and long term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into Project management from a Site management background.

The Project Manager's Role

The successful Project Manager will be based in the office in Surrey.

Projects range from £500,000 - £5 + million and are usually High-End Residential renovations / Refurbishments - occasionally there will be a new build project.

You will be responsible for managing two projects - 1 £1million refurbishment and a £250k residential refurbishment.

If you are new to contracts management but have a good background in High End residential Construction then there is plenty of support and guidance to aid you to become the bests Contracts manager you can be.

The Project Manager - Requirements

• High end residential experience 500k+ budgets
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• Experience with MS projects
• A valid driving licence
• Construction background

• £55,000 - £65,000
