A leading, London based building contractor is looking to add a hardworking Project Manager to their team.

The successful Project Manager will join a small team specialising in High End Residential builds and also High End refurbishment projects throughout London.

The company has a solid pipeline of works and are offering a permanent, stable and long term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

The Project Manager's Role

The successful Senior site manager will be based in Harrow.

You will be responsible ultimately responsible for the performance of the Projects you oversee.

Reporting to the Directors you will manage the entire process from site set up to completion.

The Project Manager - Requirements

• High end residential experience both new build and requitements
• Health and Safety knowledge
• Scheduling and Programming
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• Commercially aware
• A valid driving licence
