A London Based, well-established, Design and Build company who operate throughout several primarily the High-End Residential market are seeking an experienced Project Manager.

The Company

The successful Project Manager will join a team who have developed a great reputation spanning 15+ years of business.

They are a design and build company and therefore benefit from a huge amount of in-house expertise and resource with their team of 40+.

The Project Manager Role

The successful Project Manager will be based on site.

You will be responsible for managing two projects initially - one is a new build 5000 sqft in Wimbledon. The project is a traditional build using premium materials with a contemporary feel within the glazing elements. The Second project is a £1million refurbishment in Chelsea.

The Project Manager - Requirements

• High end residential experience
• Programming experience - MS Projects or Asta
• Previous experience managing multiple £1 million + projects
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• A valid driving licence
• Construction background

In return
