An established main contractor is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join their team in London.

As Project Manager you will be joining the company during a period of growth of development.

The successful Project Manager will be joining an award-winning interior fit out specialist in delivering a variety of high end fit out projects with values ranging from £3M - £40M.

With over 40 years in the industry this company has set the standard in fit-out excellence by creating innovative and award-winning interiors.

The Project Manager Role

• Manage projects from start to finish
• Reporting to Contracts Manager
• Developing and managing budgets
• Ensure all site-based projects run smoothly
• Programming and Progress management
• Responsible for Health and Safety
• Deliver Projects to a high standard, on budget and to deadline
• Chair project review meetings

The Project Manager - Requirements

• 5+ years' Project Management experience in high end fit out
• Ability to read and interpret drawings using AutoCAD
• Great communication skills
• Commercial awareness
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid
• Excellent literacy, numeracy & IT skills
