An established main contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager for High End Commercial Fit Out projects in London.

The Project Manager will be joining the company to develop and close new business opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector.

The Company

The successful Project Manager will be joining dynamic and ambitious team that specialises in high-end commercial fit out and delivering projects ranging from £200k - £12M.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry this company prides itself on creating exceptional and bespoke working environments for businesses across the UK.

The Project Manager Role

• Liaise with the Construction Director
• Ensure projects are delivered to excellent quality, on time and to client specification
• Manage programme, procurement and all delivery aspects of a project
• Manage the recruitment of all sub-contractors on projects
• Liaise with clients on project progress
• Develop relationships with clients
• Ensure high standards of health and safety

The Project Manager - Requirements

• Extensive Commercial Fit Out experience
• Experience managing projects up to £10M+
• D&B Experience
• Trades background
• Ability to produce programmes and reports
• Sound commercial awareness
• Excellent literacy and IT skills
• Great leadership, organisational and communication skills
