Associate Director of Project Management

A growing Project Management construction consultancy have an exciting new opportunity in Manchester, where they plan to set up a new office and require an Associate Director to assist on their new endeavour.

The Associate Director's Role

The successful Associate Director will be hitting the ground running with long-standing clients and will be expected to take the lead on multiple projects simultaneously while supporting a team of Project Managers.

Project sectors the Associate Director will be working in include residential, education, retail and hotels, ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget and to a professional standard.

The Project Manager

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in construction consultancy
• Determined to take on leadership responsibilities
• Hold a RICS associated qualification
• Well-spoken and articulate
• Contract administration or employers' agent experience
