Project Manager

A growing and dynamic Project Management construction consultancy with offices across the UK and a growing client base are looking for a Project Manager to join their Birmingham office.

The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager in this role will be undertaking numerous projects from the get-go, working in several sectors, primarily residential, student and commercial. Current project values range from £1m up to £200m.

The Project Manager should have experience working with NEC and JCC contracts and should have worked on projects in both the public and private sectors.

The Project Manager

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in construction consultancy
• Well-spoken, personable and client-facing
• Ideally hold a construction-based degree
• Able to commute to and from job site locations
• Prior experience with JCC and NEC contracts
• Experience working from the inception to the completion of projects
